　　公司現(xiàn)有員工360多名，其中具有工程師以上專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱的工程技術(shù)人員20人，工程技術(shù)人員中具有中級(jí)以上職稱的人員8人，企業(yè)有職稱的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理人員3人，企業(yè)主要管理人員3人，具有資質(zhì)的（或相當(dāng)于）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理6人，技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人具有（或相當(dāng)于）中級(jí)職稱8人，部分技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人從事海洋石油工程施工技術(shù)管理工作超過(guò)15年；公司生產(chǎn)操作技術(shù)工人310多名，各工種均經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，持有相應(yīng)的崗位證書，其中具有特種操作證書的280人，具體包括：低壓電工操作證36人，高壓電工操作證28人，中級(jí)鉗工證38人，管線6G焊接證書的80人，結(jié)構(gòu)6GR焊接證書的83人，雙相不銹鋼管線焊接證書15人。
　　Company has more than 360 existing staff , which has more than 20 engineering and technical personnel who have the title of engineer and above , 8 persons got intermediate or above titles among engineering and technical personnel. Company has 3 persons who have the title of economic management, 3 corporate key management personnel. 6 qualified (or equivalent) project managers, 8 technical leaders who have intermediate job title (or equivalent), part of the technical leaders have more than 15 years experiences in offshore oil engineering construction technology management work. More than 310 skilled workers about production operation. Every type of work all has undergone professional and technical training, holding corresponding certificate, with special operation certificates of 280 people, including: low-voltage electrician operation certificate of 36 people, high-voltage electrician operation certificate of 28 people , intermediate fitter certificate of 38 people, pipeline 6G welding certificate of 80 people, structure 6GR welding certificate of 170 people, duplex stainless steel welding certificate of 15 people.
　　公司自成立以來(lái)，參與了中海油以及國(guó)內(nèi)外多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)、配管預(yù)制和安裝、機(jī)電儀安裝維修項(xiàng)目，以及橇塊制作、常壓容器制作、集裝箱、吊籃制作等項(xiàng)目。具體包括如下：分別參與了旅大5-2、春曉、天外天、南堡35-2、番禺30-1、蓬萊19-3單點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)代USGF等平臺(tái)的制造和安裝工程、潿洲6-9/6-10井口平臺(tái)建造結(jié)構(gòu)建造、番禺4-2/5-1平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)及配管建造和海上安裝、文昌13-6平臺(tái)配管建造及海上機(jī)電儀、配管專業(yè)安裝，恩平24-2/西江2-3DPPB鉆機(jī)模塊電儀訊安裝、東方1-1氣田項(xiàng)目機(jī)械、暖通及電儀訊專業(yè)安裝，WZ11-1N、WZ6-8項(xiàng)目以及崖城26-2-1隔水套管制作，新加坡吉寶遠(yuǎn)東的半潛式鉆井船建造以及挪威Sevan Marine的世界第一個(gè)圓筒型浮式鉆井平臺(tái)建造，美國(guó)SUPER M2自升式鉆井平臺(tái)高低壓管線的預(yù)制與安裝，350 POB海洋平臺(tái)生活高低壓管線的預(yù)制與安裝，廣州石化520萬(wàn)噸/年蒸餾項(xiàng)目，廣州石化千萬(wàn)噸改擴(kuò)建等工程。維修方面，參與了東方1-1氣田中心平臺(tái)大修、東方終端大修、潿洲11-4平臺(tái)大修等項(xiàng)目。橇塊制作方面，參與了伊朗項(xiàng)目油水分離器橇塊制作、番禺34-1化學(xué)注入橇制作、油氣平臺(tái)井口管匯橇制作、墾利10-1油田管匯橇制作等。
